I want to be in a band or become a solo artist in some type of music that I love completely and wholeheartedly (it’s going to sound like Ellie Goulding mixed with maybe some I don’t even know Lily Allen and Kate Nash?) 

I would love to live in either New York City, Chicago, L.A., San Fran, Portland, or Seattle. (it’s in order of preference)

I want to work at a bookstore or a cafe for a day job, while I work on my poetry, music, and other writings in my off time. I might also work on some clothing to sell and stuff to make an extra buck (run like an online store or something).

I want to live in a tiny studio downtown wherever I live, and it has to rain a lot, so I can be inspired and write a ton of great music and not have to have big huge parties.

I want a lot of new friends in my city, where we can all hang out at cafes and random clubs and go to unlisted concerts and have a fucking blast.

And I’ll take dance classes in my spare time because I love dance. I’ll take jazz, and hip-hop, ballroom, ballet even.

I’ll have a fucking blast.

And for certain holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, 4th of July, Labor Day) I will go visit my family and spend a ton of time with them to make up for all the time I’ve missed.

And I’ll visit all my old friends while I’m there too.

These are my new hopes and dreams.
